The new year has come, and all are wondering where all the interest rate cuts are. If we look at the terrain nothing really has changed accept, we are a little older and wiser. The Equity Markets continue to jostle and maintain a positive direction. The Fixed Income Markets keep changing direction on a weekly basis. What does all this tell us!
